it is real nice to play it. and it is light not like my el piernas and colombia percusion bongos.those 2 are 13 lbs each.

What is the type of wood on the Pan con Queso?

And on the El Piernas?

on the el piernas is a wood from colombia called palosanto.on the pan con queso i do not know. the only thing i know about the pan con queso is that he likes to be played alot. excedllent sound old school sound. kind of like an lp bongos fron the late 60's.both are beatiful peaces. i really enjoy playing both of them.
