lp galaxy bongos - comparison between bongos

Hi, What would be the difference between the sound of lp galaxy bongos, the timba bongos and the new gon bops?

Dc , Both Timba & Gonbops California series are far a better choice t& superior than Lp Galaxies, they have superior craftsmanship, superior heads, hardaware & superior wood. Just put them side by side if you can & you will see the big different.

Check in this section the amount of information related to the no mass produce Bongos if the above paragraph does not convince you. For example if the galaxie price is $300 you have to invest around $75 for to new heads beacuse the factory one are good for nothing. Now the price is $375,think about it.

Caballoballo is right. On top of it I believe the Galaxy bongos are very heavy because of the comfort rims and the shell. It might not be apleasure to have them between the legs for a long time.

Having said I still love my LP Galaxy Ash quinto - the construction is flawless, the hardware is sturdy, and - with an upgraded skin (MULE!) it sounds fantastic.

As far as bongos are concerned, I´d opt for another brand indeed.
