Wow, that's awfully good for the camera mics.

Yeah, i think if I had pulled back a bit I may have gotten even a better sound, the hembra has a bit of distortion.

I liked the fact that they did sound like bongos. Some recordings (with congas and bongos) seem to cut some frequencies out to fit in the mix. Not saying that's wrong but it winds up sounding different than when you are sitting at home.
