I'm new in the bongo world and I know that Cosmic Percussion drums are made in Taiwan, but I don't know where Latin Percussion drums are made in.

yes, welcome to the forum - an incredible place to gather information, exchange ideas and discuss about any conga or other percussion-related forum. You will love it!

If I may make a slight correction to your own answer - you were right to ask your initial question though,
because precisely speaking not ALL of LP´s products are actually made in Thailand these days.

Portions of the cowbell manufacturing process are still based in the US, as well as other
hardware components - if I am not wrong.
Outsourcing has been going at LP for quite a while - like in so many other businesses.

Whether this is a good or bad thing, is another matter.
What matters though,when it comes to musical instrument, is a heart-felt and solid production
philosophy behind the products, beside the monetary outcome.

What Martin Cohen did for the USA and the world market of percussion instruments
is no doubt invaluable.
But things have changed from welding cowbells in his private basement in the early 1960s to
being a part of doubtful global players such as Kaman (war industry!) since last year.
