Had to do it! I'll retack new head on the hembra. notice how the staves are connected with those metal picture frame conectors? Anybody got any ideas on these babies?

pcastag no doubt cuban vintage. Those are nice bongos, I think that you should leave them as they are. That sticker is very intersting, I was told that at one time my restored Requena had the same sticker as it was also originally sold by solis which by the way is not the brand of the bongo but the name of the music store in habana that sold them. I would love to try and reproduce a copy of this sticker, would you mind and try taking a better picture of it. Thanks.

no problem, i'll do that when i get them. I had a set of those requenas from the solis store as well, small drums but nice sound.
