Beautiful bongo!!! I've always wondered why we don't see many new bongos out of bloodwood, zebrawood, ebony, teak, and all those other exotic woods that are available. It seems that with the right skins any of these would make great sounding bongos.

Lovely ! I think the whole story of Ralph getting back the Valje name and continuing in his fathers name is wonderful, great drums and he's a great guy.

All of these woods are available the problem is that people have got stingy and want a bongo like this for nothing. A bongo like such would run you hand crafted about $550-600.00 and more if you want add features such 5 lugs. Manufactures will make it for you but it cost you. Many prefer that the none experienced bongo player to buy it and as you see here a year later sell for a 3rd or less of what they brought for ignoring its value. And the happy buy skipping all the way home with a deal

Hello Leedy.

Wao, very beautiful bongos!!!

who is the constructor?

Leedy, what is the advantage of have five lugs?

Thanks

Tomas
