I've seen a tycoon signature grand bongo's .
Made from ash .

The look verry nice but R the good ?

Somebody has one ?
And if yes ,what do you think of it ?

I can only find one on the net .No "real"store in amsterdam has one that i can try :oops:

They should not be bad. I have been looking at them(signature series) and once I wrote an email to that company asking if they could make them standard size 7.25 and 8 5/8 but no answer. Cachiro Thomson one of the most giging conguero down here is or was endorse by them so I do not think if their instruments were not up to good quality he would not have signed with them. The only thing about all mass produce is that you have to invest on better skins,other than that they are well made.

And yes skins , always a problem with new drums!
I always change them .
