VALJE 1957 JACK COSTANZO BONGOS

I just picked these up on Ebay. The seller didn't know what he had on hand, listed them as "Old Remo Bongos". I cleaned the wood and hardware, lubricated the lugs with WD40 and put new Remo Fiberskyn heads on them. They look incredible for 55 year old bongos and they sound even better. The same exact bongos appeared on a 1957 Valje catalog by Tom Flores. These finds on Ebay can't be passed up.

Como estas Omelenko1.
Unfortunately I have nothing to trade. The only Bongo I currently have is my REMO which sounds awesome but it's too heavy.
If you are willing to sell, please PM me with a price, maybe Ill be able to afford it. If you have others you might consider selling, please post.
I am actually in the market for a nice classic Bongo, preferiblemente a Requena. Do you have?
Gracias.

Just be careful tightening down that head. Those crowns can get warped very easily.
