Holá Muchachos!

Here are some more pictures of my SOS Bongos /enteriso (made from one piece of mahagony, no staves...)
Made by Jay Bereck, Brooklynn, New York.
It is black hardware and they are not too heavy.
The sound is absolutely fantastic and are really loud! Some guys wanted to buy them right away, but I kept them.
A few weeks ago a forum member sent me an email, asking me for selling the SoS Bongos to him.
Sorry, I did not answer, because I hesitated giving my bongos away, even though I did not play them...
Only frequently, maybe twice a month, when a student comes along for some bongo lesson, instead of conga lessons.

If somebody is willing to make me a reasonable offer, which reflects the worth of this unque Skin on Skin
enteriso bongos, I might consider selling them.

Happy New Year 2013 to everybody!

Best wishes!
Frank

In reality Jay did not make the shells those shells are caribbean rhythm.
Jay most likely made the hardware. Jay, Cali (JCR) and others used the
caribbean rhythm shells with their hardware.Faustino Cruz on facebook
can provide more information on them and as a matter of fact I think he
has/had a couple for sale with Matthew Smith hardware. Great sounding
bongos on the account of the real "caoba"wood that is real hard to come
by these days. You own a very high caliber set of bongos for sure.

You mean "enteriso" not interiso.

Ok, enteriso if that is correct.
In german "gedrechselt aus einem Stück".
I bought them together with my first 4-piece conga set SOS cherry wood from Jay.

Thanks!
