Caballoballo,

I did e-mail you couple of pics this past Saturday.

Anyway, it's going for $350.00 + shipping charges.

Cylindrical in shape and I have own it since 1996 or so.

Saludos...

Jorge,
That is a beautiful bongo set and worth every penny. Incidentally, I just stopped by the JCR shop today here in the Bronx and met with his wife, Cali was in the back welding one of his bells.

I'm dropping off my congas this weekend and having them re-skined with mule skins. While I was there I was shown a set of their hand made congas.... ....Wowsers! What a beaut!! I'll be saving my dollars and buying the set by Christmas.

Hola Afrocubarico,

Thanks for the kind words! Nothing wrong with this particular set, just too many drums around here!

Have to sacrifice some and let'em go.

Indeed Cali Rivera drum crafmanship is unparallel and among the best out there this days.

Saludos,

Jorge Ginorio

Just wondering. Is JCR's hardware stainless steel or chrome-plated?
