Thanks RitmoBoricua you make the things more clear, did you have an idea about the size of the heads?.

They are 7" x 8.5 ", I just finish measuring them. On this 1 the regular remo skindeep macho head does not goes on as tight as on the Matador which is 7.25".

Normally I refinish most of my drums since I buy them in less
than perfect condition. Like you I am not a big fan of LP's
natural finish, but I see no point in refinishing this particular
bongo since is in immaculate condition I like to keep a couple
of them in their original state. Now the LP mahogany on the
picture I had to make some stave repairs and completely
refinished it.

The heads are LP standard bongo size as Caballoballo illustrated.
On the large head (hembra) I have an LP stock rawhide and on
the small head (macho) I have a Remo Deepskyn.
