Somewhat fantasque but masterly display of campana playing

Some comments on this video seem to deplore the kid's liberty with Clave structure.
"esto es pura locura no hay clave 2/3 3/2 "

I am not knowledgeable enough yet to assess whether it's true or not.
But I can say that, to me, his playing is pretty dazzling.

It seems that btw his cowbell brand is a HR (from Colombia), the model being an El Piernas (?)

El Piernas and HR is the same brand, "HR" meaning "Hector Rochas" (the brand founder). I'll listen to the video later on.

No "clave offence" here, to me at least. The guy is just fooling around, having fun displaying his (great) skills.
He's not the first one to do that, I believe I saw a video where Roberto Roena did the same.

You should know you'll allways find some people to disagree and to grumble. If they're able to do the same, as good, is another question...

Thanks Chtimulato !
This was my first discovery of the HR brand. It is good that in Latin America, little manufacturers keep producing instruments, and getting recognition.

Nice video, thanks for sharing! Obviously that's not the traditional way to play campana, but it shows how many possibilities this beautiful instrument has, as part of a performance or even as soloist. It also sounds coherent in clave to me, and groovy! 8)

I am happy not to be the guy's neighbour, though.
