Hi Cuco...On my Slingerland Timbales, all of the parts are there and very sturdy.
It is indeed Chrome plated brass as you thought!
The only thing
is I want to minimize the ringing overtone a bit. Right now , if I even sneeze
near them I can hear them respond....any advice would be greatly appreciated.
