snare with timbales

Hi everybody,
I would like to ask about the snare Marvin Diz uses in this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-1QOZp8 ... ideo_titleHe has written on his pages that he uses Pearl snare 10ยด, can it be Pearl firecracker?I like that sound..
Or has anybody any recommendings about snare with timbales??

I play timba and I like the small snare in my timbal setting.When used bigger drums I didnt like that sound of hembra was affected by the snares

I found also another drum that can be the one of marvinand i think that souns good. Check it out:

Ok,thanks.This one is interesting - obviously made for the intention to be played with timbales so it doesnt disturb with buzzing..

I have old steel snare Ludwig 14.What types of head would you recommend to avoid buzzing?? I have coeted REMO emperor on the top and diplomat on the bottom
