I agree but like i said hes not a musician.He's a welder for the U.S. Navy just passed 40 years and about to retire..bongos??/..who cares?...he dont...

Finally got to meet and see the last of the Conga Godfathers-CANDIDO CAMERO..the man with a thousand fingers..is still playing and touring at 92...you hear that you young guys...hahahahaha .....I hope im still around playing like him, at that age..wow!.....unbelievable.....

That is awesome! That in an olden age someone can still continue to do what they enjoy :mrgreen:
I too hope that I can continue to play and enjoy my instruments as I age.

It was a sold out gig with my crew...We played like we had never been separated..Most of the guys were in my original band for 10 years...I want to go back to Miami!!!....y la comida, olvidate!!....
1st photo on Andy Harlows radio sow at WDNA MIAMI with my buddy and piano player Mario "del barrio' Marrero
2nd photo the GREAT bass player from Chi-town Mike Rivera, did my gig for the first time and did an exceptional job.
3rd photo my Brother from another Mother bongosero and my right hand man...Ronnie Loreto...
4th photo Carlos "Flaco" Elosua-cantante "Frenchie" Orlando-timbales and Andy Harlow-sax flute
5th on the gig at PAX Miami...
6th photo Dominic Cama-alto/flute, and Doug Michels-trumpet player for Gloria Estefan and friend for over 20 years..as they all are...

Here are some shots of my concert with Carlos Santana..if you go to my Facebook pages(I have 2 of them) you can see a short video of us doing the opener with the Michael Shrieve band Spellbinder...I have worked and recorded with Michael over the years and he put me on this gig....he told me I was the only guy he could hear on congas!...umm..anyway here are the pocs..more to come and hopefully a video as well...it was a great concert with great players like Johnny Lang, and Orianthi(Lead guitar for Michael Jackson-the blond)...
