Gon Bops tarolas, wooden timbales, pailas de madera, vintage from 1972. Very "tipico" sound. One of a kind timbales you don't see anymore. Used by Orestes Vilato, Pablito Rosario. $495 call or email (305) 807-7421, possible trade. FUEGO EN LA PAILA!

They are 13/14. Very hard to find these days. They belonged to Manfredo, who played with Fajardo in the 60's.

Gon Bops wooden timbales, TAROLAS, (pictured above) also called Pailitas and Timbalitos. Have been professionally repaired due to 40 yrs. of age and stave separation. Unique warm woodsy "Cascara" sound unlike regular timbales. Asking $199, also listed on a 7 day auction on Ebay. Private email if interested.
