Not Your Everyday Drums

I see these drums in somebody's house as conversational pieces or just for plain decor.

Well, at least it has one of the best "ALMAS" I have ever seen.

pretty slim pickins these days on the old Ebay. Haven't seen much of anything interesting or realistically priced lately

I think craigslist has taken some of the business away
from eBay, also you have places like guitar center selling
used gear online too.

I'm sure that it depends on where you live, but there's close to nothing in Cinti. CL. I didn't see much on GC's used either, at least as far as anything interesting like vintage or boutique.

When I do an all search on craigslist I see vintage stuff scattered all over the country. The thing with Craigslist is that is designed for face to face deals within the area you live, no shipping involve; where eBay regardless where the item is located you can get it shipped to you for the most part. I think lots of people go the craigslist route because they can sell locally, get the cash upfront and is a done deal . That way they do not have to deal with the hazards of shipping/handling, dead beat buyers etc. So a lot of vintage items that we used to see on eBay years ago we do not see any more due to Craigslist.
