Looks like closet queen. Were these supposed to have bands on them? Why else would they put such a deep groove in them?

The person selling these says that he used a couple of the original Valje lugs to use on other sets over the years??? why would someone do that? And unless I don't know my tuning lugs it looks like not just a couple, but all of the tuning lugs are gon bops tuning lugs. Whats up with that???
The price is too high anyway, should be more like 350 as you can see no one has shown much interest at that price. If you have to replace those tuning lugs to make it right, you will pay in the neighborhood of at least 100 dollars. So take that into consideration.
