Yes Mike, I can see where you mount your tamborim, but to really take advantage of the tamborim is best tp play it on the hand, there are finger muffs , rim strokes and the twisting of the wrist techniques that make a difference.

Abakua... I got a big laugh out of those pics... LOL!

Anyway, I dont have any pics of just my setup but I have a comical pic of my 8 piece band all crowded onto a pretty small stage like a bunch of sardines.

You can kind of see the setup. Which is what I use for this latin jazz band. Every band calls for a different setup... luckily this one is rather simple :)

YEAH MIKE I DONT GET TO USE IT AS MUCH AS I WOULD LIKE BUT WHEN I WANT TO REALLY STAND OUT AND ADD SOME BIRD SOUNDS THUNDER AND RAINDROPS AND JUST CREATE A DIFFRENT ATMOSPHERE I PULL IT OUT,AND I ALSO LIKE USING IN WHEN I DO POETRY SETS FOR THE POT DRUMS AND STUFF,IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!
