Hey guys! Question, does anyone know if you can purchase "MULE SKIN HIDE" at Argentina or Chile? Reason I ask is because my father is making a trip to these countries and I ask him to purchase me this hide for my conga. All responses would be greatly appreciated.

Tell him to ask for "Cuero de Mulo" and make sure it comes from the stomach which is the thickist part which they use for "tumbadoras". Either country should have them available but he may have to ask the local musicians where to find it ..Buena Suerte....At your Service...JC JOHNNY CONGA
