Well i would recommend Videos to start with. Kalani puts out some good videos for percussion and for Latin drumming is Giovanni Hidalgo and Bobby Sanabria's videos too. Hello .......I would recommend a variety of videos to start with,EX. Kalani videos,or Bobby Sanabria vol 1 and 2. Giovanni's first video. Bill Matthews Conga Joy video which I must say has a ton of rhythms that even I forgot I used to play so many congas ago.
