My brothers the credit goes to 'Papa'Jack Laine from Lousiana(1873-1966,considered the first Caucasian to play Jazz),which influenced by his Cuban-wife Blanca Nunez, recruted amond others, the Cubans Mello's-brothers(circa 1900),even the members of the later formed Band,(The Original Dixieland jazz Band) did play with him.The Mello's brothers later formed their Jazz-Band.

I just found it when doing a research in relation to Narciso Lopez,aCuban Genaral which also went to Louisiana before fighting in the Cuba-Civil- War(1868-1878)..."Note",several of the responders not only here but in others forums, came with the name of Dizzy G.,Cad Calloway,Duke Ellington, etc.,none of them could have been anyway for the following reasons...both, Mario Bauza and Alberto Socarras did get in to Jazz before that time.
