Rhythm and Smoke DVD

Received this today - though I'm sure many of you saw it years ago. Performances are indeed absolutely smoking. But why is the wonderful footage of the groups continually cut into by images of tobacco farming and cigar making? These are interesting subjects, but there is another film devoted to that purpose on the DVD (which I haven't yet watched)! Changuito's work on the timbales, first over the Cubano beat-boxers, then on his own, is masterful.

Does anyone know what is the fantastic timba we hear behind the Rodeo sequence (Ch. 4 - no name of artist on DVD chapers)?
