Friday night, our band played a little club here in Little Rock, AR and during one of our breaks, a friend of the band got up and did an original song and his brother joined him on vocals and I played maracas. I play drumset and this was my first time on stage playing "percussion". Man-O-Man, I'm hooked now and will be playing alot more percussion and less drumset in the band. I just have to get enough nerve to break out the congas for a full gig. Thanks for listening. Didn't mean for this to go on so long. :D

Hi Mangorockfish!

You're from Little Rock?! I have great old friends from there, Dick and Lee King, who I was in the Peace Corps with, over 20 years ago. They might actually live in nearby Roland. If you by any chance happen to know them, give them a shout for me!

Congrats on your adventures in percussion. Why not break out the congas for a full gig? Don't be shy!

All the best,
Yonatan Bar Rashi

Hey Yoni
Good morning to you. Don't know the Kings, but they live in a beautiful area just outside of LR. If you ever see anything about Arkansas, you will probably see a pic of Pinnacle Mt. which is in their back yard. You should come here sometime.
Peace my brother.

Will try to make it there someday, thanks for the invite! Sounds beautiful. Now I'll be able to tell the Kings I know of Pinnacle Mt.!
Peace to you, too, brother!
