Rumba timba drum - is this for real

Could some one clarify this. Toca put out a drum which they call the Rumba Timba Drum, at first it looks like a Iya, but at a closer look, it looks more like a factory Djembe with lugs, and heads on both ends. Is this an invention to make more doe or does it really apply?. Thanx....Ache. Ignacio ???
