I've been listening to Abure Guru Pimpi's CD, I think it's great! Sounds like you guy's had fun while recording it!

Song #2 Kolacek has a really good groove to it! Almost sounds like the song is about "chocolate"!

#6 Gvars has a good feel to it!
#7 Are you a Horse? has an interesting transition to it, goes into a funky reggae feel! Great job Abure!

#14 Butterfly - great compliment of female and male singers, vocals sound great!

#15 Beach Party... you get to hear a bit of Abure Guru Pimpi's conga playing.
#22 Repko..... I really liked the swing feel, Abure Guru Pimpi plays a really cool swing shuffle on this number!

All in all, I think it's a great CD! A good group of talented musicians having fun, laughing and making music!

Hey GP,

I got it yesterday and on first listen, it sounds great-touches of Early Mothers of Invention 'off the wall' in Extra Bird. Excellent Grooves and Kookie packaging too.
It sounds like you were going for it and having fun, which is what it is all about, and I appreciate that you sent us copies, very good luck with it.

Hello guys!

Nice to read that you like the CD and you got the point of the band.

About the inlay of a CD; it's mainly in slovene language and unfortunately not understandable for you guys, but if you take a closer look to the thankyous' section you'll see that the congaplace is mentioned:)
The thing with the pictures of songs is that we gave to a lot of friends particular song and he or she made the picture about the song; i like the picture of Kolaček and Beach Party at Surez Guaran Sanchez most.

Kolaček means muffin' or brownie if you like and Onile, yes, it has to do with a chocolate, especially in the rap vocal at the end

Thank You Onile and Diceman, Kolaček was a last week's hit on the Student's radio in Maribor.

Tommorow we have a gig in hometown as a part of the presentational tour, a bit nervous but eager to make it a blast.

I'll be back soon!
