I went along to a local group of Maracatu last night . It was the first time in a group situation for me albeit on Timbala I had a great time . It beats practice by my self and added a different side to my percusion .

I loved it so much Im sure Ill be going again. anyone else do any other kind of percusion ?

Oh, yeah, I am in upstart samba band too! I play tamborim, sometimes agogo or surdo. We're only rehearsing, and still have not got any paying gigs though.

Maybe you have some youtube videos of your band?
