Wish me luck . my first gig will be this saturday , Im getting a little nervous . Not on congas but Timba in my maracatu street band . there will be around 1000 watcher in my local town square "BIG NOISE DAY " an anual event . samba funk / reggae also were doing a colabaration with a neighbouring town Samba band .

I quite exited to say the least . pics to follow maybe some video .

Well . I can only say , what a great day the rain kept off and the crowds were big .
We made the town centre wake up for sure . as for nervs they soon disapeared as soon as we started to play , my hands have just recovered after beating a timba for over 3 hours :p .

There is somethig mystical in them Afro Brazilian grooves. Spritual :cool:
