Dear colleagues, percussionistas!
If you'd have a chance to tour to Saint Petersburg one day, sure you'd need to rent some percussion instruments (tumbadoras, timbales, bongos etc). You'd have some problems with it, becouse the organizers will give you absolutely SHlT. It happens becouse they doesn't understand anything in perc instruments, but mostly becouse they want to steal your money...
Even Venesuelian Symphonic orchestra had such a problem here in Russia (in Moscow they bought timbales in music store, becouse they couldn't rent it)
I recomend you to contact me, for me it is not a money question (I don't have a full perc set), I just want you to sound well and feel comfortable. My friends in Moscow can help you if you need...
Just let me know, I'd organize it!
Hope to meet you all here one day!

Dmitry,

That is an awesome offer!! You are one generous person and percussionist!!

Kudos to you. That shows your love and compassion not only to afro -cuban percussion, but anyone that is part of this journey.
