Looks like Joanna Peters in this YouTube video is the same "hot momma" in the photo that Tonio shared. I notice that it's the same face, although she's noticeably slimmer in the video.

So, she's not only hot-looking but she's also hot-playing!

I'm sure many of us wouldn't mind having her type as wife or partner! Buying and cost of congas wouldn't be an issue.

Good catch! You're absolutely right. Those Mopercs do look close to the Pearl Folklorics, mainly due to the color and the brushed-looked of the hardware.

But, I should have looked more closely at the shape of those distinctively Moperc mounting plates, too. But, frankly, I don't believe that I've seen such color, more so burst scheme, before on any Moperc drum in their online catalog or anywhere.[/quote]

Blondie's info from the moperc website : MELISSA LAVERGNE Belle & Bum TV Show, what ever that is. Coincidentally I think all the above, Melissa Lavergne, moperc and Joanna Peter's are from Montreal.

I swear, to me, Melissa and Joanna look almost identical that they could pass for siblings, probably even twins. Just like how I often confuse Michelle Branch with Vanessa Carlton (and vice-versa) or Alanis Morissette with Fiona Apple, if you're familiar with all of them.

Yeah, I get confused with Michelle and Vanessa too. But since Michelle did the stint w/ Santana, its makes distinction much easier.
As far as the Belle & Bum, I tried to check out the TV , and appears a show that many Canadian music artist are showcased. Maybe like SNL?

There are a few videos of showcases and such on the web.
I couldn't find any that had Melissa showing her conga prowess yet.
