Played the 50th Anniversary congas, their the best. They look much better in person; very sleek and clean. The open tone is the sweetest I've ever heard, very thick, no ringing or overtones stepping on the other tones. LP should've put some out there to let people get a chance to test drive them, they would have gotten a lot more orders. In my opinion, this is the best drum they ever made. If I have to pick two words for those drums it would be Sleek and Sweet.
