Hi Steve,
It was me that mentioned Pepé Espinosa who is based in Sweden.
Pepé is a very high level multi-percussionist on congas, timbale, bongo ... and a great guy too.
I have his business card somewhere, but have just moved house and everything seems impossible to find.
