The Mozambique is a style of drumming that
was developed in Cuba by Pedro Izquierdo called "Pello El Afrokan"
in the early 1960's.
Is a style of Cuban carnaval music traditionally played on percussion
intruments only. In North America was popularized by Eddie Palmieri
and adapted to ensamble interpretations..
