I'm looking for a 14" diameter tambourine or pandeiro with jingles, to be mounted like a snare drum and played with brushes mostly. Most models are smaller, but I know there are some, saw Airto play such a large model.
Can anyone help and post the name of a manufacturer or instrument maker that carries such a large type?
Thanks!

Hello. I have a 14" REMO Pandiero for sale. It's the "Chalo Eduardo" series with the mirror prism snare head.
I have rarely played it and it is in perfect condition. $50 US + shipping.

I use the Meinl 12" with great results. It has a goat skin head with just enough texture to sound great with nylon brushes. Be sure and use lockwashers on all the lugs though - I had several vibrate off over time.
