Sorry about hijacking the thread, but,,
A thought occurs to me that perhaps some of you have already implimented, and maybe others have discussed at length, and I just missed it.
What about video conferencing your lessons?
That way you set up in front of your computer and use a video cam to get stuff across whole oceans of distance..

A decent Logitech video cam with software costs about $75, so depending on what you charge, it could be paid for in 1 or 2 lessons..

I started video conferencing with my parents about 3 years ago, and have given didjeridu lessons through this medium. It's not bad.
