Fuji Tone quinto - Every see these?

I put a new head on it last night , which was a PITA. The lugs are short, I may have used some old Gon Bop bongo lugs from waaay back when.. The quinto is about 30 years old. It was being used as a flower stand :p

I cleaned up the hardware, it looks totally different. Before cleaning them up the chrome plating was really bad, you couldn't tell if it was chrome. The shell had a few cracks @ the bearing edge , whch took most of the time to fix.

can't wait for the skin to dry out.

Looking good Tonio! Any particular reason why you have the lugs facing outwards?

No other reason, except they are Gon Bops bongos lugs, and that was the only way they would fit I put them on back in the 70's when the original lugs were stripped, and I had no ther way of getting any lugs.
