Does anyone know of a source for replacement parts for vintage conga drums? I'm in need of a couple of lugs and maybe a rim.

I have a slightly bent/twisted lug on my oak gop bops. Figured I should probably grab a few at the same time for backups. Would like to replace the tear drop rim with a traditional style as well. The rim is 12" diameter from inside to inside.

You probably already know about the Timba option, but just in case. (Timba, of course, is run by people from the original GB.)

I'd think these would be close, but you could call and ask to find out.

Other than stumbling across some random GB hardware on ebay, maybe as part of a trashed shell or something, it's tough - I don't know of any dealers in vintage/second-hand replacements. Guys like Matthew Smith and Mario (Isla) do custom work, but that's going to cost you a whole lot more than Timba.
