Can anyone tell me where to find good replacement skins for my Floatunes, in Melbourne, or anywhere in Oz? I've searched the internet from top to bottom! The current Thai Buffalo skins are just too
thin and nasty sounding. :(

I cannot vouch for the quality, but you might try here:

I see you've added 'H'art of Drumming' to the Skin suppliers sticky. Does that mean you've perhaps contacted them since your reply, Taik? Anyway, I've emailed them with no response, but will give them a call tomorrow and report back on the results. I'm hoping they can sell pre-made Steer skins, though I could always try and mount my own if need be. Might be costly trial and error though!

Sorry, I don't have anything on them except the contact info I put up on the skin supplier list. Board member "tactikal" sent me that listing to put up. You might try contacting him. Send me a private message if you can't get ahold of him that way and I'll send you his email address. He might have some leads for you regardless.

No problem! I've spoken to him today; seemed a very helpful and friendly guy. Hoping to get some cow skins off him in a few weeks time. I'll let you know how it goes!

Have you been to Bily Hydes?

I have been a customer of Sydney City branch for over 15 years and source all my equipment through them.
I even got my mule skin there.
