Hi I'm new. I joined because I was interested in Meinl Fibercraft congas. Has anyone here played the Meinl Fibercraft congas? What is the word on the street 8)

I haven't played the fibercrafts, but the words about them as I know, are that they are pretty heavy and solid tumbadoras.

They sure do look and sound great. With the right heads, these drums can be lethal! I wish they still made these, however I wouldn't mind the regular fibercraft, in either blue or black sparkle...however, I'm wondering what you guys think about Remo congas...Are they even more heavier than the meinls?
