Postby Thebreeze » Thu Sep 11, 2008 1:52 am

I got my jcr bongos from Jaisen and they are really nice. I got the ones made of Maple and I have to say that these Bongos look and sound fantastic. Thanks very much Jaisen, and whoever got your other Bongos must be as happy as I am!

Will.

Forget Mc Cain and Obama, I'm voting for Cali! Beautiful bongos.

OK....Cali for President!! By the way, I guess he would be considered an " Independent" ? .
He has my vote too Dario.

Will.

P.s..to Charlie...I will play them like I mean it, but in Bongos I am a novice, but these bongos ought to bring me up at least one level for sure.
Thanks.

Hello BNBs.........I do have a set of Skin on Skins which are really nice, too nice to take out of the case. Don't get me wrong..I did not start out trying to amass a large collection of bongos, as a matter of fact, I am constantly trying to downsize but something happens and next thing you know...you know what I mean. Anyway...Once these Dominican shells are done I really want it to come to an end so that I can start playing.
Thanks.

Will.

p.s....That little oak gon bops conga appears to be very happy in your pictures, seems he found a good home. Glad.

Something about the overall chemistry of these bongos. The Maple wood, the mule skins, the head sizes, etc..They just seem to me as the perfect set of Bongos. Definitely thinking about bonding with these as my primary Bongos. ( on a novice level, but I do know good sound and quality when I see it ).
Thanks Jaisen.
