Hello Steven,

For my pink drum, I have used Polyester resin, I haven't used epoxy, that's why it's interesting for me to know more about this resin.

I think it's most heavy and strong than polyester, It could sound more bright and maybe most powerfull.

Let us know when the skin will be well dry !

Cheers,
Galou.

Steven.....I was probably the number one skeptic on this thread and even though I apologized earlier on about my somewhat un diplomatic opinions, I want to come forward and congratulate you on a fantastic job that shows your determination from start to finish. The end result looking incredible to say the least. Like I have said many times on this forum, there is something that I always come away learining from and this is one of those times. You are a true artist in my opinion, and I know that Olsongo was very instrumental in this project by reading your messages back and forth to each other so I congratulate you too Olsongo for being there for Steven from start to finish. It also sense that you two might have strengthened a good friendship and that is a very good thing to see. So again, great job, I salute you and I hope you have many years of enjoyment with your new set of drums.

Will.

Steven,

Eres el Van Gogh Boricua de los cueros. You are the P. Rican Van Gogh of the skins. The way they looked when you bought them I didn't think it was possible.
Te quedaron como dicen los Boricuas "por la maceta". They came out awesome. How do you say "maceta" in English ? "Macetation" ?

CONGA TULATIONS!

Dario :D

Resurrection from the dead!

A great story I enjoyed reading and seeing the transformation.
Those drums look fantastic, I would love to play them.
