Beater Conga's

I was thinking of getting some beater conga's so that i dont have to use my Junior conga's on some gig's. What would be best to look for with being too crappy. Thank's.

I'd opt with something fiberglass. Louder and more durable than wood. I have some old palisades park LPs that i use for "beaters"-even though I still try to keep them in good shape. I leave my classics at home for the studio or very special gigs. craigslist or ebay also have a lot of used conga sets. check there
