Wow, cool catalogue. Gon Bops really made some interesting products back in the

check out the mark 2 bongos, the lungs are tuned "upside down"

that would be "lugs" pardon me.

Upside down lugs, ergonomically not a good idea. I can see many beginners hitting those lugs.

Thanks for posting! Very interesting and very 70's - or is this catalogue from the 60's?
Love the language they used to describe the drums back then _ "small kettle", "large kettle".
I have a set of 3 vintage Gon Bops (incl a superb 9" quinto) and would be interesting to work out what their age is.
