Looking good though keep at it your dedication is sure to turn out a fantastic product! When i was in my very early twenties i work for a company that made molds for composite aircraft wings a fuselages and i know how much effort goes into getting a perfect mold it really is an incredible amount of work. I can really appreciate the amount of labor your putting in. Blessings and keep us posted.

After some attempt not always good.... some layers of different products, my conga is now a tumba !

But now, the shape is fine, other plan : I have made a special vertical lathe for congas for have a perfect finish. Here is a photo. I use my drilling machine.

Idea of the future look with a newskin on. I have made the standart size. Maybe some guys will like to have a artisan skin set and a synthetic skin set for the same tubes. That's not my prefer, but I respect those who like it (play outside for exemple).

Cheers,
Galou.

Hi 6*8 !

Don't know the name yet, I don't have think about that. I think all models will be differents and unique, why not call each models ?
Example : Pinkmama model or congacow model (If I make a black and white cow model)
"Big B model by Congalou" engraving on the rim.... What do you think B ??

Drum Makers work with their Instict...

If your Instict says "Big B" By CONGALOU...This is "The Thing" !
