Bueno, Cuco is a man with a vast experience playing latin music. Have you seen his collection on myspace ? He called me last week to persuade not to sell the Colombia Percussion which any way did not sell on ebay so I am going to keep it for so more time, he said that Bongó is the Mercedez Benz of Colombian Bongos. He told me about the many bands which he played back in N.Y during the salsa boom in the 70s. Many of us did not have that pleasure ( we were too young ) or have not have the pleasure to sit in a well oiled Salsa band, conjunto, tumbao ect. I writing in general, not to any one in particular. May be Cuco is kind of rude but the truth alway hurt some people. Some moons ago there was a post on this forum pertaining how JCR bussiness were done. Remember ? There were many pros and contras about it.
