They look like the Tata Guines guanex model to me. The logo is similar, the conga has 7 lugs. The wood grain is so similar the drums in the video might even be the same as in this picture.

Those are the Tata Guines Cuban conga drums.( I believe)..with 8 tuning lugs...count them..they have a set inside the Havana airport for sale...an earlier model .... these look really new and also look a little like Baurs....and the hardware looks like MoPerc....
