What do you all think about the GB Cali Bongos WITHOUT the third drum?

They look beautiful and I like that low profile hardware.

But how do you like the quality of the macho/hembra set?

I don't understand you question GB assume you are talking Gon bops bongo if so old were good new one ?
Cali bongos ? which one Cali never made a bongo just hard ware the bongos Cali had were either made by Caribbean Ryhthms or Tambores Baranquilla and a few other Thailand brands that he has used.

I apologize - I should not have abbreviated -

I meant the Gon Bops California Series Bongo.

I know about Cali's bongos - I have a set of those in Mahogany.

But the Gon Bops Bongos look nice. They look like they are good quality bongos. Are they worth buying? I like the look of those drums and the hardware. The new ones being sold these days. They are made of Oak.
