That's a bargain price for 3 gon bops tumbao congas and (1) bongo if you
don't mind the travel involve.

These are no doubt a great deal probably wont last at this price. Youd better get "busyflying" and go get them, you will not regret it.
No you know what...better yet, tell me who is selling them so that I can go buy them

That's what I thought. Time to upgrade from vintage CPs to some grown up drums!

Vintage CPs are fine drums, these would be a good addition.
The Gon Bops you are looking at are a great deal as they are the older version that had the Pro style rim. 8)
You better hurry, they won't last at that price.

The current GB Tumbao Series now only offers the ugly big chrome looking rims.

The only thing I'd suggest is don't pay the $440 before you see them - see them first, then pay the $440!

Definitely worth the drive if it's all genuine!

First, if you're married get clearance from your spouse. Then...fill the car with some good tunes and podcasts, fill up your mug with some good coffee (tea if you prefer), check the air and the oil and make a fun day of the drive and the purchase. As others have said, this appears to be a very good deal. Just make sure he knows you're coming so you don't arrive and find out he just sold them to a local. If you're really convinced they are in fine shape and you want them you might even offer to Paypal him a small amount to hold them for you.

Let us know how it works out.

I think that color may be discontinued as well.

Incredible deal on a great set. I have the same model in the color red. Nice sound and the hardware is great on them too.

That price is a real steal. I would go for it if I were you......

nothing wrong with vintage CP's. I too have a set and let me tell you they sound excellent, and I really mean that.
They are also built better, better hardware and skins, than the current CP's which I would not touch with a 10 foot pole  .

Well, y'all convinced me. I just need clearance from the "tower" if you know what I mean... :D

Just suppose I decided to sell my CPs. What are they worth? Good condition... good sound I think.

Like a lot of good things - they are worth more than you could sell them for - better to keep them.
