Can anyone ID this?

Looks Mexican, but has hardware I don't remember seeing.

Might be interesting for $10

Si Senor, Hecho en Mexico. A great drum for $10 for sure, a good match for the one you are fixing up.

My wife is going to strangle me. In recent weeks I have acquired a Gon Bops Mariano tumbadora, and a pair of Tocas Players Series. But my current referb needs a partner!

You see the height on that thing/ 36 inches is not normal and would not really make a good partner for any drum unless you play standing up. Having said that I like the shape of the drum, looks a lot like many cuban drums with the slim belly and all.
